§ 3.34.100. Posting of license—Transfer of location.

(a)

The operator's license or licenses herein provided for shall be posted permanently and conspicuously at the location of the machine in the premise wherein the device is to be operated or maintained to be operated.

(b)

If the licensee moves his or her place of business to another location within the city of Council Bluffs, the license or licenses may be transferred to such new location upon the application to the city clerk, giving the street and number of the new location. The new location shall be approved by the chief of police and the electrical inspector in the same manner as provided in Section 3.34.050 of this chapter.
