§ 3.34.090. Amusement parks.

  • Any person, firm, corporation or association operating an amusement park in which juke boxes and/or mechanical amusement devices are displayed for public patronage or operation shall, in lieu of the license fee provided in Section 3.34.060 hereof, pay a license fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month for each month said park is open and in operation and said devices are in use, said license fee to cover all such machines and devices kept and used in said park. The provisions of this section, however, shall not relieve the operator of the amusement park from filing an application and securing a license for each machine operated within the confines of said park.
