§ 1.38.040. Chairman and vice chairman.

The mayor shall appoint a chairman and a vice chairman from among the members of the agency, who shall serve in such capacity for a period of one year from date of such appointment; thereafter, the mayor shall make such appointments annually, within thirty (30) days from the respective dates of expiration.
