§ 17.09.010. Inspection by building official.

The building official is authorized and directed to enter and make such inspections as are necessary to determine the condition of dwellings, dwelling units, rooming houses, rooming units, and the premises thereof in order that he or she may perform his or her duty of safeguarding the public health, safety, and welfare.
