§ 17.09.005. Definitions.

"Out of compliance" shall be defined as: a building classified as a dangerous structure or premises as described and defined in Section 108 of the 2009 IPMC; a building found to have more than three separate violations of Section 304 of the 2009 IPMC; or, a building found to have more than five separate violations of Sections 305 and 306 of the 2009 IPMC.
