§ 9.40.010. Authority of administrative authority—Unlawful stopping or parking.

(a)

The administrative authority shall have authority to determine the location of passenger zones and loading zones and shall erect and maintain or cause to be erected or maintained appropriate signs indicating same.

(b)

It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to stop, stand or park a vehicle in any place marked as a passenger zone or loading zone for a period of time longer than is necessary for the prompt loading or unloading of passengers and/or goods.
