§ 9.36.020. Parking meter zones and parking lots designated.

The council by resolution shall designate parking meter zones and set time limits for parking meter spaces within those zones. The administrative authority shall maintain a publically available list of the zones and mark off spaces by lines painted or durably marked on the curb, street, or pavement.
