§ 9.10.030. Exceptions.

(a)

The operation of a bicycle upon the portion of the city street designed for vehicular traffic shall be permitted within the skateboard free zone, so long as all traffic laws are obeyed.

(b)

The government official or body that is in control of public property within the skateboard free zone may grant specific exceptions to the prohibitions contained herein, so long as the granting of the exception is reduced to writing, executed by the appropriate official(s), and are limited to location, dates, and times. A document evidencing the granting of such exception shall be kept at the location where the excepted activities are occurring.
