§ 8.10.010. Open container.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for any person to possess or have control of an open container of intoxicating liquor or beer upon a public street, park or square, or within any city building if such possession is not authorized or permitted by law.

    (b)

    No person shall remove any open container of alcohol from any area that is licensed as a liquor license premise.

    (c)

    No unauthorized person shall bring any open or unopened container of alcohol into any area that is licensed as a liquor license establishment.
