§ 8.02.050. Failure to appear.

A person served with a notice to appear before a court at a certain time and place to answer criminal charges alleging a violation of a provision of the Municipal Code of Council Bluffs, or a person who signs a written promise to appear before a court at a certain time or place to answer such a charge and who fails to so appear without good cause shown is guilty of a misdemeanor. If a court date is set in open court, a person shall be said to have notice of the time and place to appear.
