§ 3.64.020. Violation of Section 3.64.010.

Any violation of Section 3.64.010 shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof the person, partnership or corporation operating any motor carrier and the person having control thereof shall be fined not exceeding the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
