§ 3.52.150. Information to be collected.

  • At the time of purchase, in addition to the requirements of Section 3.52.060, the secondhand dealer shall use the required electronic reporting system to collect the following:

    (1)

    A digital photograph of the purchased item;

    (2)

    A digital photograph of the seller, without any hat or sunglasses, and such photograph shall depict the subject in a non-distorted, readily identifiable fashion.

    (3)

    A digital signature of the seller or digital photograph of the seller's signature;

    (4)

    A clear and identifiable digital scan of the seller's right index finger or, if the right index finger is missing, the digital scan shall be taken of the left index finger; and

    (5)

    A digital photograph or digitally scanned image of the driver's license or identification card of the seller, sufficiently clear to allow all information to be read.
