§ 3.52.010. Definition.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall engage in the business of buying, selling or dealing in secondhand clothing, cassettes, compact discs, DVD's, jewelry, bullion, electronics, musical instruments, guns, rifles, shotguns, firearms, goods, wares or merchandise is hereby declared to be a secondhand dealer.
