§ 1.62.010. Purpose of chapter.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the creation and appointment of a public arts commission to foster the creation and installation of public art, review and recommend future locations of proposed public art projects, and to promote public interest and appreciation for public art within the city of Council Bluffs.
