§ 1.22.040. Time and distance requirements.

  • Each of the city's departments shall assess the needs and demands of their department and shall establish a time and distance policy for the employees of their department. In developing this policy the departments shall work in concert with the city's human resources department. This policy can only be adopted and/or modified with the concurrence of the mayor.
