§ 15.03.302a. Garden, residential household.

  • "Residential household garden" means the area of land managed and maintained on the primary premises by the inhabitants of a single-family, two family, or multi-family dwelling(s) to grow horticulture materials, such as flowers, shrubs, or trees intended for ornamental or landscaping purposes and/or for the purpose of food production such as vegetables and fruits for personal use, consumption or donation. Areas for growing may include common open space managed and maintained by any or all occupants of the premises.
