§ 14.03.020. Interpretation.

The provisions of this title shall be interpreted to be the minimum requirements for subdivision design. Where this title imposes more restrictive requirements than those imposed by other provisions of law, the provisions of this title shall control. Nothing herein shall interfere with any requirements more restrictive than those imposed by this title.
