§ 13.26.010. Adoption of the fuel gas code.

The 2009 Edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, Chapters Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), titled "Fuel Piping," and "Health Care Facilities and Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems" respectively, and the 2008 NFPA 58, titled "Liquified Petroleum Gas Code, as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association, be and the same are hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code for the city of Council Bluffs, for regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property through the approval and installation of all equipment and appliances that comprise parts of the installations regulated by this code.
