This electrical code shall regulate the design, construction, quality of materials,
erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacements, additions
to, use of maintenance of electrical systems that are permanently installed and utilized
to provide control of electrical systems and electrical equipment within buildings,
structures, and facilities.
This electrical code shall be enforced within the city limits of Council Bluffs, Iowa,
which provides for issuance of permits and collection of fees thereof; and each and
all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the National Electrical
Code as published by the NFPA.
