That a certain document being marked and designated as the International Residential
Code, 2015 Edition, excluding all appendix chapters, as published by the International
Code Council, including the recognized code referenced standards contained in Chapter
44 all as modified or amended in the International Residential Code referenced herein
are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this
chapter, subject to the revisions, modifications, additions, insertions, changes,
and/or deletions in sections that are described in the following sections of this
chapter. The Residential Code of the city of Council Bluffs, Iowa, which is on file
and open for inspection by the public in the office of the building official.
