§ 13.01.101. Title, purpose and scope.

(a)

Title. These regulations shall be known as the Council Bluffs Uniform Administrative Code, may be cited as such and will be referred to herein as "this code."

(b)

Purpose. The purpose of this code is to provide for the administration and enforcement of the technical codes adopted by this jurisdiction.

(c)

Scope. The provisions of this code shall serve as the administrative, organizational and enforcement rules and regulations for the technical codes which regulate site preparation and construction, alteration, moving, demolition, repair, use and occupancy of buildings, structures and building service equipment within this jurisdiction.
