§ 6. Petition; Prohibited; When; Costs.

(a)

No recall petition shall be filed against a mayor within twelve months after a recall election has failed to remove him or her from office or within six months from the end of his or her term of office.

(b)

Costs of any recall or special election shall be borne by the city.
