§ 7. Budget and Ordinances.

The mayor shall prepare and submit to the city council an itemized budget of revenues and expenditures on or before the second Monday of each February.

The mayor may introduce ordinances and resolutions to the city council and may consult with the city attorney in the drafting thereof.
